Autumn D. Moody is a California licensed attorney, professional mediator, and company culture strategist. Autumn has experience serving as general counsel and employment counsel for companies (domestic and international), providing executive counseling on risk management and company culture, among many other everyday business matters. Autumn had a successful litigation career where she represented clients in the private and public sectors in the areas of employment, municipal tort, public agency law, general civil litigation, business law, commercial litigation, and personal injury.
Autumn received extensive training in conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation from San Diego State University and California Western School of Law. She attended the Introduction to Mediation Skills training and the Advanced Mediation Skills training workshops taught by the National Conflict Resolution Center.

In addition to her formal training, Autumn has observed, co-mediated and been mentored by some of the best mediators in Southern California.
Autumn is a member of the San Diego County Superior Court Mediator Panel. She also serves as a pro bono mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the San Diego County Superior Court Small Claims Division. Autumn utilizes specific techniques and practices found in facilitative and evaluative mediation models to reach the best potential for a resolution. Autumn is a natural problem solver who uses advanced communication theory techniques to conduct effective and successful mediations.
Autumn received her J.D. from California Western School of Law and her Masters of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University's renowned Entrepreneurship Program. In her spare time, Autumn enjoys traveling internationally, hiking, paddle boarding, gardening, hanging out with her two dogs, fishing, and taking a spontaneous road trips to Mexico for tacos.
